Artist History
Started out in 1996 as a four-piece stoner-rock band and after a few months of rehearsing,
the first demo was recorded and after more
rehearsing the band recorded and released their
first vinyl-ep "Wheeler Dealer". After appearing on the american
compilation "Welcome to meteorcity" the band got a
good reputation among fans of stoner-rock.
The next release was the split 7"ep with homemates Lowrider and next the picture 7"ep "Thirteen" which got tremendous reviews
in several underground fanzines and e-zines. In 1999 Sparzanza recorded 2 songs wich was released in june 2000 as a promotion-CD.
This CD was sent out to various labels, magazines and radiostations.
In the summer of 2000 the band changed their singer
which lead to a slight change in the musical direction.
The band got heavier than ever. 3 songs was instantly recorded
in SpeedBall Studios and the band got a record deal with
french label Water Dragon Records.
Their first release on this label was the Split CD with Superdice and not long
after that release the band started to record their first
fullength album "Angels Of Vengeance" which was released in
november 2001. This CD has received incredible reviews and
now the band are writing new material for their 2nd album.
