Press Reviews LYNNE TAYLOR DONOVAN update August 26,2003 Vancouver, Canada LYNNE TAYLOR DONOVAN HITS TOP 5 Lynne Taylor Donovan's new single "Talk To Me" hit the EMS TOP 5 at number 4 last week and moves up to number 3 this week. The new album, of the same name, is receiving rave reviews throughout Europe and Australia since it's release on August 10. LYNNE TAYLOR DONOVAN U.K. RADIO TOUR Lynne has just returned from a 10 day whirlwind tour of radio in England and Scotland. The tour included stops at MetroCountry Radio in Manchester, BBC Scotland in Edinburgh, BBC Newcastle, BBC Lincoln, MeanCountry in London and BBC Kent, with live phone ins to Radio Caroline, Radio Star, Radio Lochbroom, and a special for the Hotdisc. Live interviews were done with Linedancer Magazine, North Country Magazine, Country Music Scotland and Country Music Roundup. We would like to send a special thankyou to Stuart Cameron for setting the whole thing up and a big thanks to everyone involved including Budget Rent-a-Car, for the beautiful Rover they supplied, and Best Western Hotels for arranging the accommodation in Manchester, Northampton and London. In addition, a special thanks to all the staff and management at the beautiful Woodlands House Hotel in Galashiels. It is a half hour from Edinburgh and is a huge old stone mansion built in 1846. They supplied Lynne with a fabulous room complete with stone fireplace and living room. The whole tour was marvelous and everyone treated Lynne very very well. Lynne will be doing a tour of the U.K. and parts of Europe in the spring of 2004. This tour will be with her band and is the same band she records with. That is about all for now. We wish we could have seen more people but we did not have the time this time around. We will certainly be visiting nore countries in the future and will get together with as many of you as we can.
