Artist History Any Farther formed in Fall 1999 under the name of 'Smashing Keyboards' when they spontaneously wrote a song about what they'd been doing all day [destroying old computer parts for fun]. A name change soon after turned them into Any Farther, just because the name sounded 'punkish'.
