Artist History Vinnie and Chaos met in Southern Oregon in 1996 and started writing songs together immediately. Both were doing solo work but looking for something more than either had by themselves. Having played some small venues in Santa Cruz California for about eight months went on to open for such acts as Three Dog Night in 1998 in Madison wisconsin.
