Artist History
This story begins with another band! Mark Watson (songwriter, saxophonist, lead vocalist, and 'Doctor of Disaster' for The Marks) sang back-up vocals, played sax, and generally forged a groove with a band called The Uglies. After their breakup, The Marks were born when Mark Watson teamed with other former 'Uglies' members (Dan Kilian and David Marcum) and a new Pop, Rock n' R&B band--like no other band--hit the streets. They now enjoy a great following in their hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. The Marks play tight and heartfelt shows that reveal their talent, experience, and love for music. An advance single from their 3rd album is due for release in the next few days while their 1st and 2nd albums continue to bring praise from all who give them a listen. Check 'em out... you'll see what I mean! |
