Artist History "STEVE BONDY & CO."-"WILLY BLUE"-"LARA"-"JOE BERGER" these bands have one thing in common. Steve Bondy. Steve first worked with Joe Berger as soundman for Steve's band "MAIDENCAINE", and later Joe toured as soundman for Steve's experimental bands "PYRAMID" and "RADIOACTIVE". After 2 years of shopping a demo, "RADIOACTIVE" finally got signed and recorded (produced by Joe and Steve). Unfortunately, the contract didn't contain an obligation to release or promote clause. Another write-off story. The (3) main songwriters (S.Bondy,G.Merrill,M.Nappi)later re-grouped and recorded again. The next project involved Peppy Castro and Steve Bondy featuring "WILLY BLUE" singing, yet her writing took the spotlight! We recorded a CD, Steve co-writing, co-producing and playing guitars. We gigged NYC lots but that "deal" didn't happen. The next project focused on singer-songwriter "LARA" and Steve recorded her CD with Teddy Galliano, Rob Fraboni and Steve producing. Steve also co-wrote and played guitars.
