    Artist History
70x7 performs a repertoire that includes over 150 popular praise and worship songs and 50 original CCM songs. 70x7 began publishing RealAudio and MP3 recordings on their 70x7.com website in 1997 and the band's songs have been enjoyed by thousands of online listeners... Over the years, 70x7 has performed for a wide variety of audiences, including an opening night worship concert at the 2000 Creation Festival in Mount Union, PA... The name 70x7 is synonymous with God's eternal forgiveness. (Matthew 18:21-22) 70x7 was born immediately following the 1996 Promise Keepers event at Three Rivers Stadium. By early 1997, the group began to perform as a 7-piece rock band featuring three guitarists, keyboards, bass, drums and percussion. In 1998, 70x7 released its first published recording on the Christian Music Association Radio Sampler, volume 4. The song Thundercloud was selected for the compilation project, which included music from thirteen other Christian artists. In 1999, 70x7 was born again with a whole new lineup, and a new focus performing in the worship setting. These days, 70x7 leads contemporary worship every Sunday morning at Saint Andrew Lutheran Church in Moon Township, PA. The band's founder, B.J. Collins, is the songwriter, singer and keyboardist. On stage, B.J. is surrounded by talented rock and country veterans like drummer Al Mosovsky, guitarist Greg Denham, and bassist Ian Hazelwood.
