Artist History
Despite being relegated to the underground, Pain Principle has been heard since 1993.That year their debut demo 'Live With It' was released.1994 yet another demo 'Unhappy Hour' was recorded and released.This album recieved rave reviews in the underground press with Benson using his position as bassist for DEATH, on the "SYMBOLIC" world tour, to spread the album worldwide.In 1996, 'Until Someone Loses An Eye' was released and recieved glowing reviews from the underground as well.In this time the band also opened for a who's who of metal bands including,DEATH,OBITUARY,DRI,NAPALM DEATH,OVERKILL,EXODUS,NEVERMORE,SKINLAB,FIGHT,PRO-PAIN,FLOTSAM,STUCK MOJO, AND A HOST OF OTHERS.The year 2000 sees the bands promotimg its new album 'CHRONIC RAGE DISORDER'an aggressive modern piece of work that still cling to many of its thrash/deathmetak/hardcore roots. |
