Artist History IBA International was formed in April 2000 as an organization that promotes free will for a a free lifestyle. Over the months IBA progressed into a dominating foundation that rose to the top in only half a year. Now a multi-milllion dollar company, DJ Homeless and DJ Speed-E, have now formed a musical project known as IBA International. The DJ Homeless project was started shortly after Lord Of Progression was formed. Lord Of Progression was formed mainly for trance/house music, but it lacked in pure hardcore DJ beats. DJ Homeless was created for hard smashing rave/techno beats. DJ J was formed in September 2000 when DJ Speed-E and DJ Homeless combined.
