Artist description
flirt is the result of one band's desire to squeeze every type of energy out of a pop song, whether it be aggression, elation or anything in between. Flirt comes out swinging for the fences in every tune, with tracks that come flavoured in a very Brit-meets-Canada pop rock sound. The cohesive, distinct "flirt sound" includes monsterous guitar tones melded with droning acoustics and airy clean tones. Listeners are instantly captivated by biting vocal lines that are punctuated by signature hook-laden choruses. Comparisions to bands like Marcy Playground and Stereophonics show only one side of a band that becomes increasingly dynamic with every song, unafraid to incorporate seemingly incongruent musical influences and instruments. |
