Artist History
Suburban Massacre started in Rory Cooper's basement in the winter of '97. At the time it was Danny on drums, Brendan and Rory on guitar and Kashif on lead vocals. We all like different types of music but punk is what brought us to the band. We played punk and enjoyed it the most. We later admitted Jimmy Burridge into our band as our bassist. We continued to write songs in our basement and practice cause we just loved to play music. We didn't get serious till maybe a year later where we started booking ourselves some shows. In January of '00 Rory quit the band because he didn't feel he could devote as much time as we needed. Suburban Massacre continued on as a 4 piece for about 6 months in which we recorded a decent sounding demo with 5 songs. In June of '00 we hired Mike Schwartz as our new guitarist. That is our current lineup as of now. |
