Artist description
Joost is a one-man's band, trying to make my own mark on music. Playing, programming, singing, writing, recording provided by Joost only. Mostly influenced by the music of the 1960-70's, but with a sharp eye overlooking today's fashions. My playing and singing has a jazzy, bluesy feel and I combine that with programming and sampling stuff. Wrote about 900 songs so far...and I'm still counting. |

Artist History
Started out as a drummer, but soon as I could play the guitar wrote my socks off. Played with a few bands in Holland. Performed with my own songs, but soon I was more satisfied in writing and recording it all by myself. Still miss bandperforming though. |
