Artist History and so it begins is an alternative/indie rock band from maine, founded in june of 2000.

Group Members Jake Chamberlain:drums. Chad Chamberlain: vocals, guitar. Andy Gary: vocals, guitar. Bryan Donahue: Bass.

Press Reviews nominated "best punk act" in Portland Phoenix in 2002 (placed 2nd) and 2003 ( results not yet relaesed).
