Artist History The OCR is a four-piece band from Bucks County, Pennsylvania. OCR has been performing together since 2000, in its current incarnation. Lead singer Ignatius McNutt and guitarist Kevin Murphy have been playing together since they were 12-years-old. Over the years The OCR has recorded and released several indy-label projects. In 1996, OCR signed with the New York based independent label, Level Five Entertainment. Unfortunately, two years later, the label went under and the band went back to school. The OCR is currently working with producer Phil Nicolo (Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, John Lennon, Train) and plan to shop a new major label demo in the coming months.
