Artist History
Anodyne was first put together in functional form in late 1998, after the project SU8M3RG3D was formed by Kurt Gluck and Russell Carlson. It was started as a way to do tracks without the constraint of booking and paying for time, an investment into gear rather than hours on the clock. Since then it has become a haven for many projects and given birth to several new ones. |

Group Members
SU8M3RG3D itself is Kurt Gluck and Russell Carlson, with contributors now including Andy Hayleck and Allen Graham. Anodyne is home to the Zerfallmensch project as well, a four year experiment in walking in, turning on, and improvising. OHM recording artists that visit occaisionally include DJ K, Nick J, and the Knuckledown crew. Recent collaborators include 2Tuff's DJ Stress and DC's freelance mic assasin Mecha, as well as a new hardcore/breaks themed get together between Joe Baldwin (Knuckledown) and Kurt Gluck. |
