Artist History Originally hailing from Edinburgh but now resident in Greater Manchester, Colin has been writing songs ever since he first picked up a guitar nearly twenty five years ago. Having played in several bands through the 1980's, he spent the nineties concentrating on writing and recording and only returned to live performance in 2000; bringing his brand of melodic acoustic pop to a new audience through Acoustica: the Manchester based acoustic singer/songwriter circuit. In the last year he has supported Pete Wylie (twice) and Peter Coyle (ex-Lotus Eaters); the latter of which afforded him the opportunity to realise the long-held ambition of playing The Cavern in Liverpool. October 2001 also saw him playing live on WCR radio in Wolverhampton.
