Artist History
As a member of the 80's band, The Rave, Jay Rae played colleges, clubs, and bars across the country. Blending a mix of pure pop sensibilities with an aggressive stage show, they were a hit everywhere they went. As time went on, the band hit the proverbial financial wall and decided to retain their love for music while moving onto more stable and lucrative careers. Music is still Jay's passion, however, and hopes to share his music with anyone who still has an appreciation for well-crafted, unpretentious pop songs. (Not that he's actually succeeded in writing such songs, but he's trying!) |
