Artist description My name is Jamie Jo and I am 6 years old, and my co-star, my Uncle Mack is 21 plus++ years old, and we sing mostly a capella as a duet, but sometimes we include musical accompaniment from unknown by very good sources. We made our first music CD while my sister, Adina was doing a "gig" in Las Vegas...well, actually, Adina was getting married at the Bellagio Resort/Casino. So when the wedding was over and all the tall people went to a drinking reception, my favorite Uncle in the whole world and I made a 4 hour musical tour of the Tropicana Hotel/Casino, the Parisian, the MGM Grande, Treasure Island, Circus Circus and all along the world famous Las Vegas Strip. Of course there may be some traffic sounds, but they are minor. Recording the music from our moving car was really fun...especially with Uncle Mack, because he's so funny.

Artist History As a recording group we started on the day of my big sister's wedding, on October 15, 1999. But our first actual gig together occurred a few years earlier, in late December of 1994, on Christmas eve, when I was 3 months beyond my first (1st) birthday. And by the way my Uncle Mack and my birthdays are on exactly the same day. Can you imagine that? He was borne when I was. Hee hee hee, ***smile*** I think that is soooo cool! Anyway, the outside temperature was only 8 degrees Fahrenheit, and my teeth were chattering after I just finished eating an icycle with my Uncle. Oh, by the way he was just visiting Indianapolis. Yeh, he flew in from Vegas to do gig with me, because he heard I was just laying around at the time not doing much of anything. So we went to a really cool place that just rocked! It was the playground at Christian Park near my Grandma Bea's house. Well Uncle Mack put me on a tree stump in my pretty laced Christmas dress so he could get a few promo shots for the upcoming tour and I fell off that tree stump into the rocks. Imagine that? Well, he sang me my first lullaby and I crooned (or moaned, I'm not too sure which it was...) an accompaniment...and thus began our career as a singing duo.
