Artist History
Incursion 502 is an experimental, aggressive, heavy, groove oriented band from Louisville, Kentucky. The band was formed in June of 1995 by founding members Tim Holder (Vocals), Jeremy Robertson (Guitars), and Brian Hart (Bass Guitar). Through years of patient searching we found our missing links in Kenny Russell as an additional guitarist, Van Avery as an additional vocalist, and Nick Houpt on drums.Since it's conception Incursion 502 has played an X amount shows at clubs in Kentucky including the former Toy Tiger, and Phoenix Hill Tavern among many others while creating a strong and loyal fan base in Louisville. We have recorded six demos which are described on the sheet marked "Recordings", and a five song album realeased at the end of '99. We have also been played on local radio station 100.5 WTFX recently and in the past and have caught print in "Metal Maniacs", "River City Music News", and several local fanzines.Incursion 502's music takes the listener on an emotional rollercoaster ride through the depths of a world filled with violence, hate, oppression, and hipocracy as only we can express it. Our volatile mood can smoothly swing from serene and melodic to intense and angst-driven in an instant. The six of us, each having his own unique perspective, collectively paint pictures the world we see around us and we want everyone to see them and most of all think about them. |
