Artist History
What exactly is the...Twang? The dictionary says..."a sharp ringing sound, as the string of a musical instrument is plucked", yet there is more to this word than meets the musical note.
The Twang lies within the heart of The Yeehaa Cowboys. It's what sets them apart in a crowded field of talented bands. It doesn't write the songs. It doesn't arrange the melodies. And it definitely can't get a record deal. That's what a manager does.
So, what exactly can it do?
The Twang inspires. It molds you to its spirit. And if you're lucky...it will show you a good time. "May The Twang Be With You" is the second release from The Yeehaa Cowboys. Recorded live in front of a studio audience, this CD is a thank you to all the Yeehaa faithful.
This is the sound of The Yeehaa Cowboys. One take. One evening. And if you listen closely, you just may hear that "plucked instrument". And you may indeed feel...The Twang!
