Artist History
The band has been together for about 2 years. Becker has been playing
guitar since age 7 and has played Classical guitar, Jazz and was immersed in
world music until about 2 years ago when he started writing more accessible tunes.
These initially were performed with solo acoustic guitar. He eventually met Robert
Bellemans, a veteran of the Austin, Texas music scene who brought
some incredible chops on fretless electric bass.
This was rounded out by Tim Jyring, a Minnesota native, expert drummer,
percussionist and music educator. The result draws on influences as
diverse as Jimi Hendrix, Miles Davis and Steely Dan and the result
is a uniques blend of Rock, Texas Blues and Jazz.
