Artist description Purplex is a Dutch rockband. For many years now we are a group of five musicians. The instruments are drums, bass, guitar keyboard/vocal and backing vocal. We make our own compositions. We have (and are) played at smaller and bigger music-podia throughout the whole of the Netherlands. At gigs we like to play covers also. Now our third cd is released. Therefore we are very busy with the promotion from this great album.

Music Style (Solid) Rock

Artist History Purplex exists for more then 10 years. During that time we have had some changes in musicians. Two of the members are remaining from the early beginning in the second half of the '80's. Now the band exists for more then three years with the same musicians. Purplex has already made two cd's. We are now looking forward to release our third cd in September 1999. We like to put our new cd on mp3.

Press Reviews Lots of reviews, during the '90's, in several Dutch music magazines. A lot of the reviews were to our two cd's. We also had some articels in bigger newspapers. For the third cd we get many reviews in a lot of magazines in the Netherlands and in England.
