Artist History ... same as anyone else's history ... started out in "Under the Wobbly Ashtray" back in Dublin, Ireland. went through innumerable lineup changes, getting better at playing our instruments all along, got second place in Hot Press's zany band name of the year, as well as an honourable mention in "facts on wax"(well we were pleased, it was about the extent of our fame at the time ...). changing styles and line-ups lead on to a name change to Smashing Things, who played many gigs around Dublin and a few out 'in the country'. but as happens, day jobs get in the way, and leaving the country doesn't help either .... so here i am, solo .....
