Born on tour with her father's band, Mindi Abair spent the next four years growing up in countless hotels across America. She began her own musical journey at age 5, and now plays all the saxophones, flute, keyboards, percussion and sings.

Born on tour with her father's band, Mindi Abair spent the next four years growing up in countless hotels across America. She began her own musical journey at age 5, and now plays all the saxophones, flute, keyboards, percussion and sings.
Mindi graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Degree in Peformance from Berklee College of Music in Boston. In her short but impressive career, she’s played and toured with an incredibly diverse roster of artists that includes the Gap Band, Bobby Lyle, Teena Marie, Jonathan Butler, John Tesh, Carl Anderson, Maysa, Rick Braun, Adam Sandler, Mandy Moore, and the Backstreet Boys. She has also been featured with these artists on the MTV Music and Movie Awards, The Tonight Show, The Rosie O’Donnell Show, MadTV, Melrose Place, The View, and The Regis Show. You've seen her in television specials with Adam Sandler, Jonathan Butler, Bobby Lyle and Mandy Moore. You can hear her on Adam Sandler’s CD "What’s Your Name?" and Bobby Lyle’s release "The Power of Touch". You can check out Mindi in the Backstreet Boys video "For the Fans" and "The One", Go West's "Tell Me", and Mandy Moore's 2000 video release.
