Artist History
The roots of this band go back to july 1988 in the city of Oporto, Portugal. Just a bunch of friends (like many others)
who wanted to play rock'n'roll in its wild variation. I (Toze Ferreira) became a member
in November 1990 and stayed until March 1996. The band kept playing until summer 1996
and some of the members are still involved in other R'n'R projects. I can not say that
we made it to the top, but in the tiny Portuguese R'n'R scene we've earned some respect.
In my 6 years with the band we made 80 gigs around Portugal major cities and had an
apearance in national television in 1991. Maybe our biggest year was 1995 where we got
one concert at a college-student festival playing for 25 000 people. Later on in that
year we recorded 2 songs for the compilation "Portugal Rockers". The opening tune was
"esta noite" ( meaning: tonight) and it's available here in mp3. Enjoy and feel free to
send comments.
...
