Artist History Realizing that the best way to hear the type of live music that they liked was to make it themselves, Carrie Baith (vocals, guitar), Bill Bush (guitar),Roger Hillis (bass) and Rod Whisner (drums), formed the indie pop/rock band Braxton Hicks in the summer of 1994 in Dover, DE.
