Fayetteville power trio, Vicious Fishes, blend eclectic musical styles and a high energy stage presence to create a truly unique experience for any listener.The band was founded in 1994 by drummer vocalist Joey Miller and guitarist/vocalist Alan Peters. Miller and Peters had been playing together in various projects since 1985. However, in 1996, with the arrival of bassist Mark Prince the band's line up and sound hit a higher plane.The band has worked hard to make a name for itself by playing over two hundred shows up and down the east coast, as well as venturing into the Mid-West. The band are the winners of the 1994 Rock 103.5 Battle of the Bands Competition and were 1st runners Up in the 1999 Battle of the Bands Competition as well.The band recently signed with Lunar Records and is currently recording their long awaited debut CD. With a new found energy and powerful line up, Vicious Fishes are hitting the road with a vengeance. |
