Artist History From a young age Alex has always shown potential to become something great in almost anything he set his mind to. From learning acoustic guitar in primary school to doing art in College. Always based around music and art in 1998 got his first piece of music software recomended by a friend called "Making Waves". Frantic downloading of samples from the interent occurred for 2 years in this space of time around 2-3Gigs of Wave samples were accumulated on a lonely 56k modem. All the time producing highly original yet sampled/nicked music. By 2000 there had been a dramatic transformation in ability as software and hacking skills improved. The sheer amount of software alone propelled his music into new realms. All along before he ever picked up a guitar he was enthused by dance rhythms and the excitement they created at clubs at high volumes and at home at low volumes. He sought to find out what really got people going and what made them shake their wild thing. The more intelligent side such as drum and bass was always his starting point from early on the tempos were high and the patterns complex. And in 1997 he began to notice at clubs (only started going to) a new underground vibe that was blowing up "UK GARAGE". It stirred deep inside and made you think about how you moved your feet, with it's shuffled beat and off beat kicks and snares. Although Garage, 2G, 2-step or whatever you want to call it has only just made it to the masses, it is still and will only ever be a London thing, not even the midlands can do it like it's done in London Town. It's a vibe that is here to stay and evolve. Alex drew from those experiences and in 2000 He finally found a program he could love, called "Fruityloops". From then on the boundaries Were and still are only limited by his imagination and creativity to produce some of the most original sound to date on mp3.com. Today this masterful producer and the highest quality has thrown away his hard drive and turned to real or software based instrument and pianos to create what he feels to be a totally unique and up to date style.
