Artist History
In 1990, SUNY NP got a frequency. John had an idea. Jim was hot stuff on the poetry scene. Henry seemed cool. Liz was game. In 1991, Sean and Steph came through the roundtable. Mark came through the department. Jack listened to the tape that the previous GM had stuffed in a drawer, and we were on the air. In 1992, we had a lot of parties. We imported a Dave from Paramus. Matt and Mat (but not Matt---yet). In 1993, Jack joined. We got a new half hour show. We did a radio musical. Dave had us syndicated around the country. In 1994-1999 the four track broke so we went live. Coleman got busy. Henry moved to Brooklyn and became the Reverend Hank. McCluskey took over. Jim rode his liver to Illinois. Children were born, computers were purchased. In 2000, Mark moved to Iowa and we made contacts in Australia. We have a perfect face for radio. |
