Artist History Originally formed as 'Echo Twice' with Dave on the guitar in 1999. In the summer of 2000 Vitaliy took over the guitar duties and after three months of grueling practices we have become 'Lex Talion'. Armed with a demo and a set of fresh songs LexT is pumped and ready to spread music to the masses!!!
