Claudio on Metal Kingdom wrote :
" I met a band of AOR-rock, which to my, as real fanatic of the 80's Hard Rock , I surprised; Not so much in the musical aspect, but in the deep-rooted 80's spirit of the band, in a kind of " Nostalgic Hard Rock " with many "Screaming Guitars", keyboards and "Massive Chorus" that give more than one touch to the album. Dave Palmer from Heavy Metal Resource wrote:
"This band is very good. They have written a collection of 10 tracks that are very reminiscent of the 80's era. Big keyboard sounds, melodic vocals and harmonies, as well as that great guitar playing. "

Arin from AOR-Central wrote:
"When we think of Swedish hard rock band, we immediately think of a polished keyboard and guitar sound along with multilayered vocal harmonies. We seldom think of heavier melodic hard rock, and we almost never think of a band combining the two styles. But that is certainly the case with Vagh, which has combined the sound of bands such as Judas Priest and Iron Maiden along with the smooth Scandi AOR of bands such as Europe and Treat."

Nicko from Heavy Demo Reviews wrote about VAGHs debutCD "Sands of Time ":
"I have to start this review by telling you that this is a really good record. The songwriting is brilliant and the melodies easily gets to your mind. The melodies along with the guitar riffs makes the music unpredictable and the record newer gets boring."
