Artist description
Veteran musician turned songwriter-recording artist, doing what feels right. I've been playing the guitar since the age of 7 and professionally since the age of 16. I have played with a number of bands and artists over the years and have been subjected to many different influences. I now enjoy doing my own music, and playing it the way I like to play it with no limitations. Although my music is guitar-oriented, I wouldn't call it saturated with guitar work. As a guitar player, I like to pick my spots and play what is tasteful to my ears. Although no one's ever called me an accomplished lyricist, vocal melodies come easily and very naturally to me. This along with my affection for blue notes and minor chords make my music very intriguing and palatable to many of the people who have heard it. I have been heavily influenced by blues-flavored music and this becomes evident in most of my songs regardless of which genre they fall into. Like I said, I just do what feels right to me,and hope others enjoy it. I thank God for giving me the talent to do something I truly enjoy, and would like to welcome anyone to e-mail me with any comments, feedback, critique, reviews, or questions about my music, music history, upcoming projects, Saints football, anything. To do this, just click "contact" on the top of this page it's that easy. I promise to personally respond to all questions anyone may have and truly welcome the feedback. If you're from Eunice or I know you personally please send an e-mail and let me know you were here. I would love to here from you. |

Artist History
I am a solo artist at this time with a full length CD forethcoming. The tracks have been recorded at,what I call "Studio 1 Small Corner" which is actually a corner shelf occupying a small percentage of my already spacially challenged bedroom, where I seek refuge from the everyday grind. The CD is in the mixdown stage and will be available soon.(NOW AVAILABLE ON THIS PAGE) I consider myself more of a musician than recording engineer and would like to take this space to thank Scott Ardoin from my hometown of Eunice, along with the upstanding group at Home Recording.com for technical help and advise given to this technologically impaired musician, during the creating of this CD. I have written all lyrics, played all instruments, and performed all vocals on this project except where otherwise specified. I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to my wife Jessica, and children, Vaughn, Haley, and Kendyll for their patience and understanding during the production of this CD. |
