Artist History
Originally a five-piece hard rock band (Roger Eaker - vocals, Robert Van Buren - bass, Wes McCraw - lead guitar, Ricky Bridges - guitar, and Robby Snyder - drums), but after three different lineups, became the brainchild of Roger and Robert. Together, the two hashed out some demos during a snowstorm, then brought in drummer Cliff Perrell and guitar whiz Jimmy Mosteller for the final takes. "No Heroes" was recorded in Roger's living room (dubbed Dead Cow Studios). The band played the Charlotte circuit for about a year before calling it quits. |
