Artist History André Luz has started his studies at Pro-Arte and then he has taken a course in music at Rio de Janeiro University(UNI-RIO). He went on studing with famous instrumental Brazilian Musicians such as: Arthur Maia, Nico Assumpção, Adriano Giffoni, Celso Pixinga and Yuri Poppoff. He was invited by Marcos Pereira to accompany him during a national tour and also to take part in the recording of a live CD for "Banco do Brasil Instrumental Project". At the moment he had the chance of playing with Arthur Moreira Li ma, Armandinho, José Paulo Becker and Época de Ouro. Nowadays he has been taking part in shows and CD recordings( With True Illusions Group and Roberto Barata Trio at 500 years of Sound Project), showing the public all his skills on creative tune arrangements.
