Artist History The BNX was formed in 1989 by Mark Tyson (lead vocals, guitar) after the release of Freedom Cry his first recording. They have backed and opened for many Reggae / World Music acts. The bands line-up varies at times but always is a All-Star cast of some of So. California's best. Bandleader Mark Tyson has played in many bands in just about every style of music, including 16 yrs with Reggae legend Ras Michael & the Sons of Negus
