Artist History
Tracy DC a playwrite and actress from Chicago and memberof the acclaimed theatre group, The Pillar, ran into J Dunaway in Chicago when he was playing a gig in a band he was in. They became friends and when DC moved to L.A.they quickly formed Magnolia Blvd. Drawing from and Inspired by the music that they love and armed with the blueprint of only having a good time making music that they really like Magnolia Blvd embarked on recordingthier first album "BACK IN THE DAY".They album will be released on the band's own Enadia Records. Distribution will be primarily throughthe Internet. The band will not shop for a major label contract prefering to work in thier own way. Thus day jobs are in order with the music being the priority. Currently Tracy is shopping for a car that runs and J is hoping to purchase a 68 camaro next year. |
