Artist History
The three core members of Lost Posse have been playing Bluegrass together for over 25 years.Chris first met Mike on the school bus in 1st grade. Chris started playing guitar, fiddle, and banjo as a preteen. As he devoted more time to the banjo, he sold his fiddle to Mike. Soon after Chris & Mike starting jamming in the Degree house. This lead Bob, Mike's brother, to start playing guitar. (He was nine years old) The band was formed 15 years ago. They have performed all over the Northeast. They have played with many guest artists, including members of Pine Island,Phish, Gordon Stone, Stuart Duncan, and the Vermont Symphony Orchestra. Their current bass player is Ted Pappadopoulos from the band Go To Blazes. They have released 2 projects to date. |
