Artist History
1995: I record a project under the name of "The Mayfair Laundry." It's so bad I never even bother to finish mixing it.1997: With two school projects due by May, I head to the studio again. The result is two short albums: the ambient "Without Flinching," recorded alone, and the zany "Hooray for Shock Value," recorded and mixed with James Barry in a single afternoon for a creative writing class. The new project's name comes from the best movie ever: Star Trek II.2000: I return to the studio to fix up some of the sloppier parts of those three projects, fix up the one salvageable song from "the Mayfair Laundry," and record a handful of new songs. It is likely my final testament to the world of music: "A Lefthand salute-- selected works." |
