    Artist description
KIMOSCIO - His code name is Kimoscio and he be for disruption. Kimoscio is an invisible agent of the Mystery School exiled to Fun City during the Capote Literature Holocaust. The majority of his formative years were spent imprisoned in a cellar below the Myth-Science Mystery Labs, completely devoid of natural light. Once a month he was provided a meal of pickled grasshoppers, which he usually did not consume so that the items could be traded on the black market for vinyl rarities. He found these items generally served as symbolic trinkets, reference points to the outside world that fueled his aspiration to redefine himself from the windowless cellar-dwelling freak he had become. The only stereo system provided to him was a York's Curbside Terrorism Box on which he played his records constantly -- his favorite being from Play Hour Records, a little 45 entitled Social Development Record. After total indoctrination and receiving a biocommunication implant, Kimoscio was forced upon the outside world. Fortunately, Content Provider found him and is putting his well-trained mind to solid use. This invisible agent has the ability to sit in front of a monitor for twelve hours straight and the look in his eyes...kid, it's tasty. CONES CLONES - C. Clones is a digitally divided memory unit outfitted by an autonomous distributed network. Though a mere vector, C. Clones' epiphenomenal properties enhance his ability to temporarily download discorporate souls and other forms of necroaudiologic media. SEOFON - Currently a disciple of Teknos for the modern religio-scientific manifestation of the Ambient Temple, in repayment for It gifting his kind with reflexive self-awareness through holographic temporal engineering. A brief stint as head archivist at the Myth-Science complex proved a turning point after an encounter with a nameless, invisible agent of the Mystery School. Arcane studies and metacognition promoted copulation with the multiverse, but immolated any last hope of an objective ontology. Now a fervent disciple of the Little Man From Another Place, belief in Content Provider provides Seofon with apocalyptic assurance.

    Press Reviews
Combative without ever having to lift their fists, Content Provider serve up feisty, subtle electronic noodlings in a style that's both improvisational and uncompromising. The group veers wildly from scattershot beats and esoteric, expansive soundscapes to raucous digital insanity. Emphasizing rough edges with sinewy, sometimes hypnotic beats, disembodied vocal samples that resonate back and forth in your brain, abrasive textures, and intricate, aggressive live programming, Content Provider boldly take the listener on an aural metaphysical journey. Don't forget to strap yourself in. Of course, one cannot overlook the tongue-in-cheek moniker, albeit an unclear and mysterious directive. Impressive content, indeed. - Tim P (Listen.com)
