Artist description Joe Weiner is a 29 year-old Indie songwriter and performer who is emerging as one of Boston's most up and coming solo artists. A seasoned performer, he's been playing out in venues for over 12 years. He considers himself to be an art purist, saying, "True art does not have limitations, nor does it have a definite plan... but a flow, ever-changing." The album "Everything Changing" is a collection of thoughts and risks channeled through sound. His sound is often compared to that of Elliot Smith. Joe's music is dark, ambient, yet has bouncy melodic appeal that can stir an audience.
