Artist description Alef-Switchback is the solo project of Michael Rothmeyer. Guitarist for Lead and Thoughts and Spears. Mostly home recordings of realtime loops with a melody line guitar track over it. Michael Martin has recently joined me in production and further collaboration is to come.

Artist History I've been recording at home since 1988 and I finally decided to get them together. The name Alef refers to an expression in mathematics for a level of infinity. Switchback refers to a zig-zag in a trail that occurs at steep inclines/declines.
