Artist History
From Angels To Ashes formed in early 1999 and the lineup has not changed since. We had all been in industrial bands before and saw From Angels To Ashes as a way to bend current stereotypes of electronic music. At first we combined heavy guitars with beautiful melodies, and now have incorporated ethnic instruments, more layered drums, and an emphasis on a more unified vocal approach. |

Press Reviews
From Angels To Ashes - 5 stars. I had found this one in my search for
Mp3's, might be one of the best unsigned bands I had found yet. This one
would have the feel for those if they listen to Circle of Dust (who are
into the Christian industrial. This was one of my favorite bands there,
and for those who are into Nine Inch Nails, there are touches of Nine Inch
Nails in with electronic touches.) This one would have the Canadian gothic
sound in their music, namely those who listen to The Tea Party -- and if
they know about The Tea Party. The track She - Seraphim touches into The
Tea Party sound merging with the voice of Tori Amos influence...Simonne
from FATA would have the voice which reminds me of Dead Can Dance -- siren
like. Quite hypnotic.
