Artist History
Tom and Chuck are brothers who have contributed to L.A.'s music culture by playing with the elite of L.A.'s underground. They started getting together to practice the grooves of James Brown, Watts 103rd St. Rhythm Band and other soul heroes. In between their stints with Harry Dean Stanton, Jigsaw Seen, Kristian Hoffman, Texas Terri and dozens more, they set the groundwork in their tiny haunted studio for their self titled funk epic on Barfing Glitter Records. Their first single, "Halloweenish" an orange vinyl 7" received considerable airplay and was picked up on Vibro-Phonic Recording's critically acclaimed compilation entitled "Listen and Learn with Vibro-Phonic." |
