Artist History
This group of audacious and hard grooving post-teens has been pounding out the noise since that magical year, 1995. After months of wading hip deep through a river of singers and associated lyricists, the band finally came upon the banks of Jamie Read. The ragged wails of this boy-band-gone-bad singer provided the catalyst that set four talented youngsters on the exciting, thrilling, and often perilous road to success. Backed by the slithery and savy overtones of guitar guru Ben Elkin, the schizophrenic world beats of drummer Jesse Friedman, and the thundering fusion fury of bassist Sir Slapsalot (a.k.a Dan Abrams), the boys were ready to take on the galaxy. Specializing in the field of Bio-Rockology, the band slowly made its way through the ranks of the underaged and disillusioned, spreading soul inspiring sounds and a message of hope amongst the populace. And although they eventually found the perfect song, and the licensed crowd, the youngsters never forgot their roots. But the journey was long, and the trials were many. The boys had to overcome countless shifty promoters and ruthless businessman in hopes that they would one day be able to bring true music back to the shackled masses, and free the galaxy from the tyranny of evil one-hit wonder bands...hail to thee guitar god, hail to thee. I can't believe I read the whole thing. |
