Press Reviews
Wait my friends, there is a shining light in this pool of mediocrity, and they're named Of Asaph. This band broke away from the pack, due to the dynamic sound. With razorblade sharp time changes and hypnotizing rhythms, Of Asaph were a tightly wound ball of sound. They played like a machine, creating a cohesive sound that I'm afraid the other bands didn't even realize existed. The vocals that would have only gotten in the way seemed to alienate this instrumental attack from the crowd, but they created an identity for themselves through their one-of-a-kind sound. from the University of Kentucky student news paper after a battle of the bands |
