It varies: often drum and bassish, but containing ample amounts of Aphexian, RePhlexian wierdness and breaks sliced into tiny pieces, ginsu-stylee. |

Artist History
I grew up listening to a lot of jazz... my parents would always have Miles or Trane or Herbie playing. My dad had a vast collection of records, too, King Crimson, Zappa, Devo (yes, Devo), Bowie, Eno, and so on. I played piano for 3 or 4 years, and following that, took up the guitar, which I've been playing for about 5 years. I started playing with sequencers about 3 years ago, and fell in love immediately. Mehve is something of a continuation of, and something of a departure from, my old project, Volvox (www.mp3.com/volvox). |
