Artist History Sunyatta was formed in 1999 for the purpose of recording a CD of original songs that Sharon Rae, vocalist, and Shelly Davis, keyboard/pianist had been creating over a number of years. The artists chose to focus on songs that express their devotional and spiritual experiences.
