Artist History
According to legend, the three brothers began their ill-fated careers in northern NJ in the late 50's. They had numerous local but nationally unknown hits thru the early 70's. Out of desperation, they began offering "consideration" to radio program directors to play their songs. With typical Rinaldo Brother luck, they were arrested, tried, sent upstate for 2 years for fraud and bribery. They have the dubious distinction of being the only music industry people to do hard time for so-called "payola". Now, 25 years later, with the bad taste finally out of their mouths, they have re-recorded all their greatest hits themselves, so that their legend will not be forgotten. |
