Artist History
Since 1993, pianist and composer Eric Mintel and his quartet, have appeared at colleges, universities, clubs and festivals throughout the Northeast United States. In 1998 the quartet was invited to perform at the White House for a holiday dinner reception for President Clinton. Their performance was well received and Eric was able to Give President Clinton his CD at the time called "Lullaby." They have just completed their seventh performance at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. where their performance was broadcast live over the internet. The Eric Mintel Quartet maintains a busy schedule with tours throughout the Country. Eric also collaborates with symphony orchestra combining jazz and classical elements in an original composition by Eric called "Millennium Suite." Eric is also working with various churches performing original choral music with church choirs mixing choral music with jazz. Eric and his wife Darby live in Bucks County Pennsylvania. |
