Press Reviews
Promethean Cusade 2000:If you âre looking for a black metal band that has the “classic blackmetal” sound while retaining its own identity then you’re reading about the right band. These guys from Ney Jersey have done just that with their blend of Gorgoroth’s “Pentagram,” Satyricon’s “Dark Medeival Times,” and atad of Setherial’s “Hell Eternal.” Not only touching on the styles of thesegreat bands, Bloodthrone has also been able to do this without sounding bland and unoriginal. It was also quite a thrill to know that fellow Americans have come up with some good black metal for a change as opposed to all the shit rip-off and no-talent bands that I have been reviewing. Here’s another thing to shock all of those in disbelief that Americans can be anything other than shit; there are guitar solos. Many. And they are all perfectly done and fucking awesome to listen to besides. With such a great upcoming black metal band from the States along bands such as Dead By Morning nka The Cold Beyond the U.S. is certain to have an edge on the world Underground very shortly! Needless to say, this album is well worth the money. Get in contact |
